Signature Spa Experiences
Three spa experiences — each building on the last, each available at every appointment. Your base price is determined at your Complimentary Consultation based on your pet's breed, size, coat condition, and the style you've chosen together. That base price is The Confidant. From there, the experience you choose is entirely up to you — and you're welcome to choose something different every single time, depending on how much you feel like spoiling your dog that day!

Pau Pair is not a dog-only world. For the cats in your life — and for dogs who require something more advanced — we bring the same one-on-one attention, the same calm environment, and the same level of skill.
Feline Grooming
Cat grooming requires an entirely different skill set — different handling, different pacing, a different kind of patience. Most groomers won't touch them. We specialize in them.

Every feline appointment is performed one-on-one in our private mobile spa, on your cat's schedule and terms.

No surprises. Every detail below is shared clearly before a relationship begins.
Here is what makes Pau Pair genuinely different — you never have to think about scheduling again. Every schedule is built from scratch at your Complimentary Consultation, around your pet's coat, their lifestyle, and what genuinely serves them best. Your full quarter is confirmed at once, your slot is protected, and we show up. That's it. No chasing availability. No starting over. Just consistency, built seamlessly into your life — and one less thing on your plate.
What that rhythm looks like is entirely personal. Some pets are on a two-week rotation — a neaten-up, a full groom, repeat. Specialty-coated breeds like Doodles, Poodles, and Bichons typically alternate between neaten-ups and full grooms every two to three weeks. Others are on a four-week full groom cycle and leave the van looking immaculate every time. Every schedule is built around the pet in front of us — not a template.
Appointment Window: Please allow a one-hour grace period on all appointment times. Mobile grooming routes can shift throughout the day due to unforeseen circumstances — your Pet Stylist will always be on their way, and we appreciate your flexibility.
We accept a limited number of clients per stylist.
When a slot is filled, it's filled. We encourage anyone considering Pau Pair to apply sooner rather than later.
At the time of your phone consultation, a 50% deposit is collected based on your pet's weight and selected service tier. This deposit reserves your Complimentary Consultation, which is booked as your first appointment.
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before your consultation receive a full deposit refund. Cancellations within 48 hours forfeit the deposit — however, unlike a regular grooming appointment, you will not be charged the full appointment fee. Once your Pet Stylist has visited your home, the deposit becomes non-refundable and is applied in full toward your first grooming appointment.
From your first appointment onward, our rolling deposit model applies — 50% of your appointment fee is collected at the close of each visit and applied automatically toward your next scheduled appointment. You are never pre-billed for multiple appointments at once. All clients are required to maintain a valid card on file at all times.
For individual appointments, our 48-hour cancellation policy applies. Cancellations made within 48 hours of a scheduled grooming appointment will forfeit the deposit held, and the full appointment fee will be charged.
For clients leaving the program entirely, a minimum of 30 days' written notice is required. With 30 or more days' notice, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total remaining appointment fees in the current quarterly cycle will be charged. With fewer than 30 days' notice, the full fee for the next scheduled appointment will be charged, plus 50% of any further remaining appointments in the cycle.
We are deeply selective about the families who join the Pau Pair family — and we give every single one of them our full focus, time, and attention. This policy exists to honor the Pau Pair Promise: to every client already in our care, and to the next one waiting for their spot. It allows us the time and care to fill a vacated slot thoughtfully, after all quarterly appointments have already been pre-booked.
Our standard pricing reflects pets who are maintained on a consistent schedule in good coat condition. If your pet requires corrective grooming, matting removal, impacted undercoat work, or extended handling time at any appointment, pricing may be adjusted to reflect the additional care required. Any adjustment will always be communicated before the service begins — never after.
Please note: In the event we are unable to reach you at the time of your appointment, we will allow a 15-minute window for you to return our call. If we are unable to make contact, your Pet Stylist will proceed with whichever service is deemed healthiest and most appropriate for your pet at that time. By joining the Pau Pair family, you agree to this policy and to pay the full amount for the service provided.
If something comes up on your end — illness, travel, or an unexpected conflict — please notify us as early as possible. Standard cancellation policies apply, and we will always do our best to work with you.
If we need to reschedule you — due to inclement weather, a stylist illness, or anything on our end — we will reach out promptly and work to get back to you as quickly as possible, including scheduling on one of our van's designated off days when necessary. Your appointment will not simply be lost.
The good news is that because every client is on a rotational schedule of six weeks or less, even the rare disruption that cannot be immediately rescheduled leaves your pet in a reasonable place. The consistency built into your quarterly schedule is its own safety net.
