Pau Pair's Platinum Pack is our most cherished walking relationship — a recurring, weekly commitment between your family, your dog, and a dedicated care team that genuinely becomes part of your world. It is how we do things at Pau Pair, and it is unlike anything else you will find.
From the moment you join, everything is taken care of. Your sitter is chosen thoughtfully, your schedule is locked in, your rate is set, and your dog has someone they can count on. No rebooking, no wondering, no starting over from scratch. Just consistent, premium care that becomes as natural and reliable as anything else in your family's routine.
Platinum Pack members book out quarterly. Their sitter knows their dog's name, their routine, and the things that matter most to them. Their spot on the schedule is protected. Their rate is locked. And their dog has someone — reliably, every week, without fail.
This is not a service you book when you need it. This is a relationship you invest in — with a team that knows your dog, honors your trust, and shows up for both of you with the same warmth and dedication every single time.
How It Works
Platinum Pack membership runs in quarterly cycles. You commit to your walks for the quarter — we commit to your sitter, your time slot, and your rate.
Your discounted monthly total is charged automatically on the 1st of each month. No surprises, no manual bookings, nothing to think about.

Platinum Pack Rates
Platinum Pack rates are not available to one-time or casual booking clients. They are the exclusive benefit of a quarterly commitment, and they are locked in for the full duration of your membership.
Minimum 2 walks per week required for Platinum Pack membership. Rates apply to standard walk services and are calculated at enrollment based on your selected frequency and walk duration.
The Commitment
Because your sitter holds your time slot exclusively for you each week, we ask that Platinum Pack families honor the commitment they have made. The following policies protect both your family and the professional who shows up for your dog.
All Platinum Pack memberships are booked in quarterly cycles. At the start of each new quarter, your schedule, rate, and sitter assignment are confirmed and reserved.
Your monthly total is prepaid in full on the 1st of each month. Your Platinum Pack rate is applied automatically at the time of billing.
Platinum Pack membership requires a minimum of 2 walks per week. This ensures the consistency that makes the sitter relationship meaningful for your dog.
We understand that life shifts. Day-to-day schedule adjustments within your booked walks are handled directly with your sitter and our team.

We believe in full transparency — because the families who choose Pau Pair's Platinum Pack deserve to know exactly what they're stepping into, and exactly how we show up for them.
Every Platinum Pack family is thoughtfully matched with a dedicated backup sitter during the Meet and Greet process. This is an intentional, carefully considered part of how we build your care team from the very beginning — because we believe that consistency and reliability should never depend on a single person. Should your primary sitter ever face an unexpected illness or personal emergency, your backup sitter already knows your dog, understands your routine, and steps in seamlessly. You will be notified of the change as soon as we are aware, and your dog's walk continues with the same standard of care, without interruption.
There are rare occasions — true emergencies, sudden illness, or circumstances entirely outside of anyone's control — where neither your primary nor backup sitter is able to make it out. When that happens, we will contact you the same day we become aware, and a full credit for that walk will be applied directly to your following month's bill. We never take a cancelled walk lightly, and we will always communicate with you honestly and promptly.
The safety of your pet and our team is something we guard fiercely. In the event of severe weather — active winter storm advisories, dangerous ice, extreme temperatures, or conditions that make it unsafe for our team to travel or walk — Pau Pair will make the call to cancel affected walks. We monitor conditions closely, communicate as early as possible, and never make this decision without genuine cause. When a walk is cancelled due to weather, a full credit is applied to your following month's bill automatically. We think of it simply — these are acts of nature, and we face them together.
We understand that circumstances change, and we will always work with our families as best we can. If you need to cancel your Platinum Pack membership mid-quarter, we ask that you provide us with at least 30 days advance notice. An early termination fee of 50% of your following month's total will be charged. This gives us the opportunity to fill your dedicated slot.
If notice is provided with less than 30 days remaining, the full amount of the following month will be charged. Your sitter has held your time exclusively, and this policy ensures they are fairly compensated for that commitment.
We are human, and we understand that life can bring unexpected and deeply difficult circumstances. Hardship exceptions — including the loss of a pet, relocation, or serious medical situations — are considered individually and always at Pau Pair's discretion. If you are facing a genuine hardship, please reach out to us directly. We will always approach these conversations with care and compassion.
